Refund policy

All Sales are Final!. Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Spin My Name will refund your money if the necklace cannot be made. I personally check every necklace and if I cannot read it I will refund your money.

Spin My Name necklaces are cosidered a custom made product and therefore all sales are final and will not be able to offer refunds and/or returns once the item ships. It is the customer responsibility to make sure to write correctly the name for the necklace.

Spin My Name will not be responsible for typo errors made by the customer.

Spin My Name is a puzzle looking pendant that shows your name as it spins. Since it is an optical illusion the readability will never be 100% but close. 

Spin My Name will not replace a damaged case. The purpose of the case is to protect the necklace. Only the necklace will be replaced if arrived damaged at no cost to the customer. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 5 days upon receiving your order) if the item is defective or damaged. A photo and/or short video of damaged item will be required to be sent to alex@spinmyname.com

Once we received and evaluate the evidence of the damaged product we will ship the same item within 5 business days free of charge. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
